troubleshooting. Experience with security practices
for Microsoft infrastructures. Experience with
“Thin-Client” solutions utilizing Microsoft Terminal
Services and or Citrix. Experience with TCP/IP, DNS
and LAN/WAN/Wireless/Firewall support and
troubleshooting practices.
The ideal candidate will hold 1 or more of the
following certifications: MCSE 2003, CCA 4.x, CCEA
4.x, VCP
The following skills and or certifications are a “Plus”:
Novell, Linux, Cisco, experience with various backup
and hosting solutions. CNE 6, CLE, CCNA, CCDA, CCDP
or CCNP, Security+.
Example of Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to specify, design and
implement various solutions and perform assessments
and heath checks.
Work with the Sales Team on project proposals and or
Statements of Work.
Maintain in-depth technical expertise in the areas
of Microsoft, Messaging, Clustering & High
Availability, SAN, Security, Disaster Recovery, and
Virtualization technologies regarding industry
trends and competitive offerings.
Help maintain partner authorizations by keeping
current on individual vendor certifications and or
training requirements.
